Welcome to Vocals Talks! By accessing or using our website, online learning platform, and services
(collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Vocals Talks offers online English learning programs for children aged 3 to 15 years. Parents or legal
guardians must enroll on behalf of their children. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the parent or
legal guardian of the child and have the authority to agree to these terms.
- Age Requirements: Our programs are designed for children ages 3-15. We reserve the
right to verify age and suitability for the program.
- Placement Assessment: New students may undergo a free trial class to assess their
current level and recommend the appropriate program.
2. Classes and Attendance
- Live Zoom Classes: All classes are conducted live via Zoom. Students must join on
time. Late arrivals may not be admitted after 10 minutes to avoid disruption.
- Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial for progress. If a student misses
a class, prior notice is appreciated. Make-up classes may be arranged subject to availability.
- Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers and peers.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
3. Fees and Payments
- Program Fees: Fees are charged on a monthly or quarterly basis as per the selected
plan. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and
bank transfers. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Late Payments: Payments must be made by the due date. Late payments may result in
suspension of classes until payment is cleared.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment are
eligible for a full refund (minus any classes attended). No refunds are provided after 7 days of
enrollment or after the first class session. For quarterly packages, refunds are pro-rated based on
remaining classes.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson plans, worksheets, videos, and content provided by Vocals Talks are
protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students and parents may not share, reproduce, or
distribute any course materials without prior written consent from Vocals Talks.
5. Recording and Privacy
- Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Recordings are kept
confidential and are not shared publicly.
- Parents and students are prohibited from recording classes without explicit permission.
- We comply with all applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details
on how we handle your information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vocals Talks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees
paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of
our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page
periodically.
